Sustainable + Convenient
When launching our prepared meal service, we knew we wanted to be different. Conventional meal prep services are extremely convenient, but often at the cost of the environment.
We wanted to avoid the excessive packaging and single use plastic, as well as the fossil fuels required to transport and ship the food around the country.
This is why we focus on providing quality meals for our immediate Dubuque community and why we pride ourselves on sourcing as many of our ingredients from local growers and producers as possible, as well as growing as much of our own food as we can.
This is why we also invest in recyclable, compostable, and reusable containers for all of our meals!

Reusable Container Program
How it works:
What's even better that recycling? Reusing!
It is not a simple process to inspect, wash, and sanitize (and dry, inspect again and store) each container returned, but we are committed to this work in order to significantly reduce our waste. We are also very grateful for our customers who share this value and take the time to wash and return their containers each week.
WHICH CONTAINERS CAN BE RETURNED
After enjoying your meals, you can return any of the black containers with the clear lids + the pint soup containers and lids.
Drop them off at 2900 Central Ave. on Wednesdays between 12 and 6:30 pm OR if you receive delivery, just set them outside your door and we will grab them when we drop of the food.
Reusable Bag Program
How it works:
1. Sign up and pay a one-time $10 registration fee.
2. Receive your meals in your new bag for your next order.
3. Return the bag.
4. Earn points (a.k.a. discounts) each time you bring it back!
If you pick up your meals each week and want a stylish and safe way to transport your meals (that is easy to carry) -- this bag is for you!
These reusable, insulated tote bags are part of our sustainability efforts to minimize waste, while also giving customers a more temperature controlled and convenient way to transport their food.
There is a one time deposit of $10 to register, which helps us cover printing costs and future bags as the program grows.
Those who join will earn 50 loyalty points each time they return the bag that will be sent them quarterly. Every 500 loyalty points earned = $10 off your next order!

New menus are posted every Monday. Select from our variety of meals each week with no commitment - order one week and skip the next!
Place Your Order
Place your order by noon on Sunday. Your meals will be ready for pick up or delivery the following Wednesday.
Eat and Enjoy
All of the meals are fully cooked and ready to enjoy whenever hunger strikes. Individual and family size options are available.
Return the Containers
We are committed to sustainable packaging whenever possible. We will show you which containers you can return for us to sanitize and reuse.
